Kara, Devo (my dog) and I met up with Joseph at the Ice Cream Festival at Waterloo Park. It was incredibly hot and the shaved ice - yes, I know that's not really ice cream - really hit the spot. Joseph got us into the VIP deck to hang out and have a beer. We joked that Joseph was Devo's agent because he was introducing Devo to everybody and inviting them to pet him. Devo loved being the star of the show!
